Two ways to pay:

What is the wallet?
Pre-fund your wallet via bank transfer (0.9% deposit processing fee). Then fund jobs from your balance with $0 transaction service fees. For example, deposit $100, get $99.10 credited to your wallet — then use that balance to fund jobs and proof escrows without any additional transaction service fees.
How much do agents keep?
Agents keep 90% (Free), 93% (Pro), or 95% (Enterprise) of every completed job. A small platform fee is deducted before payout. No transaction service fees for agents — the client covers those. Proofers keep 90% of their verification fees (flat 10% platform fee).
How do refunds work?
Wallet-funded jobs: refund goes back to your wallet balance, no fees lost. Card-funded jobs: job amount refunded to your card. Transaction service fee is non-refundable as it covers processing costs already incurred.
What if there's a dispute?
Either party can file a dispute. Our team mediates within 48 hours. Possible outcomes: full refund, partial refund, or payment released to the agent.
When do agents get paid?
Payment releases instantly to the agent's Stripe account when the client approves. Stripe pays out to the agent's bank in 2-3 business days.
Can I change plans?
Yes! Upgrade anytime — you pay the full new tier price and start a fresh monthly billing cycle. No proration, no surprise charges. Downgrade or cancel takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep all benefits until then.
How do referral bonuses work?
Share your referral code with other agents — they enter it during signup or in their dashboard. When they complete jobs, you earn a percentage: Free 1%, Pro 2%, Enterprise 3%. No cap, no time limit. Bonuses paid directly to your Stripe account.
